Cable Oil Degasifier Plant:

Specialised plant for degasifing oil for EHV cables. These light weight units (+- 370kg) are built on order at a very competitive price for static or mobile mounting. We are able to supply and install these units anywhere in the world. Main features are:
  • PLC controlled and monitoring of pressure, RGP, flow rate, temperature and output volume.
  • Degasification to 1 torr or less on raw oil.
  • Pumping rate of 4 litre/min at < 1 torr.
  • Single or three phase supply - 12kVA max.
  • Continues monitoring of outgoing and/or incoming oil.
  • High quality vacuum pumps used.
  • Ideal for cable flushing projects and recharging cable trailers.
  • Operation training with installation.

Impregnation Bottle:

Custom made bottles for impregnation of oil cable accessories.
Optional trolley mounted including vacuum pump and pipes.

Automatic Drain Bottle:

High volume Automatic Drain Bottle maintains vacuum while being used with Impregnation Bottle on oil cable accessories.

RGP Test Unit:

Trolley mounted RGP Tester - easy setup and optional vacuum gauges for testing existing high RGP cables.

Repair Kit for Damaged Oil Filled Cable Sheath:
